CV Tally ("the Service") is a pay-per-use AI-assisted CV screening tool. You submit candidate CVs and a job description; the Service returns ranked analysis including fit scores, flags, and suggested interview questions.
You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a professional or business capacity. By submitting CVs, you confirm you have a lawful basis under applicable data protection law to process the personal data contained in those CVs.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of order. All sales are final — refunds are issued only if the Service fails to deliver results within 24 hours and the failure is attributable to us. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your job reference (visible in the results URL) within 7 days of the failure.
Results are accessible via your unique link for 48 hours following processing completion. After 48 hours, all candidate data, PDFs and analysis results are automatically and permanently deleted. You may delete data earlier using the "Delete now" button. We do not back up candidate data beyond what is necessary to deliver your order.
You may not use the Service to process CVs without the candidate's knowledge where prohibited by law, to circumvent applicable employment regulations, or to engage in discriminatory hiring in violation of applicable law. The AI analysis is an aid to — not a replacement for — human judgment. You remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". AI ANALYSIS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR OMISSIONS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFIC EMPLOYMENT REGULATIONS IN YOUR JURISDICTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER.
You retain all rights to the CVs and job descriptions you submit. The analysis output is licensed to you for your use. You grant us a transient licence to process your data solely to deliver the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Slovakia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
